My.Lidaris Customer Portal User Agreement & Data Management Policy
Who Can Use the My.Lidaris Portal?
- This portal is available to Lidaris employees, customers, and partners.
- If you are a competitor or acting on behalf of a competitor, you may not register or access this portal. Violation of this policy may result in account suspension.
What Data Do We Collect and Why?
1. Personal & Business Data
- Contact details (name, email, phone, mailing address).
- Legal information (VAT code, bank details, shipping preferences).
- Testing preferences (e.g., sample type data, testing details, drawings).
Purpose: To provide quotes, process orders, issue invoices, and ensure smooth communication.
2. Communication & Order Data
- Emails, test reports, invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and order details.
Purpose: To maintain records for clarity and traceability.
3. Raw Data & Test Reports
- Raw measurement data (signal records, calibration files, microscopic images) is anonymized and remains Lidaris' intellectual property.
- Test reports containing customer-specific results are the customer’s property and will never be shared with third parties.
Purpose: To ensure measurement traceability and improve service quality.
How We Protect Your Data
Your privacy is our priority.
- We do not share customer data with third parties under any circumstances.
Data Retention Policy
- Personal & order data: Stored while the user remains active and archived for 5 years after inactivity.
- Communication history: Stored while the user remains active and archived for 5 years after inactivity.
- Legal documents (invoices, tax records, etc.): Retained as per legal obligations.
You may request the deletion of your account and related communication history, except for legally required records that must be retained for compliance and accounting purposes (e.g., invoices, purchase orders (POs), NDAs, and other agreements).

Right to Data Portability

What If You Have an NDA with Lidaris?

Terms of Use & Competitor Restrictions
- Intended Users: Only Lidaris employees, customers, and partners.
- Competitor Restrictions: Competitors, their affiliates, or representatives may not use this platform.
- Enforcement: If a competitor registers, Lidaris reserves the right to suspend their access.
